eHV
USCXM's embedded High Voltage (eHV) technology is based on Logic CMOS processes for the manufacturing of various display driver ICs, which play a key role in various display panels including LCD, OLED, as well as emerging micro-LED, micro-OLED, etc.
USCXM offers the foundry industry's broadest portfolio of eHV solutions from 55nm to 28nm to accommodate various sizes and display technologies used everywhere in our daily life.
eNVM
USCXM's eNVM solutions include eFlash、OTP and efuse which can meet the the needs of different application products. In addition to comprehensive eNVM solutions, in order to meet diversified application products and special customer needs, we provide industry-competitive SST eNVM components.
Modern consumer products encounter the challenge of higher diversification but lower volume of units. Embedded non-volatile memories can satisfy this trend since they can be used in different applications by updating firmware. For high endurance applications such as smartcard, SIM card or MCU, eE2PROM or eFlash is ideal. Middle to low range endurance or density applications such as power management ICs can adopt eMTP. Those requiring one time programmable applications can adopt eOTP or eFuse.
